If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Book it you won’t regret it! We all had a great time and it had everything we all needed! We stayed downstairs with the kiddos, they loved the pool table played morning and when we would get back in the evenings. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!

All was great! We enjoyed our stay and the house was cute, clean and well appointed. I was excited to find an ice cream scoop and crockpot (not all places are so stocked)! No Issues!

We LOVED this rental. Truly the best one we have ever stayed in. Have already recommended it specifically to multiple people. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, I especially appreciated the stainless steel pan option. There was a spot for a child gate at the top of basement stairs but no gate in house and they brought one over for us first thing the next morning. And they even had games for kids, which was a great touch. The location is perfect with such great food around and not too far from Yellowstone and Bozeman (for airport and museums). Gosh, we are SO pleased with this rental and will most definitely be coming back for future trips.

Beautiful home, very clean and super spacious. It was nice having 2 seperate living areas for our group that doesn't always want to do the same thing. It was about a 15 minute walk to downtown Livingston. Definitely going in my favorites and will be staying here again!

Very lovely home, my family had a blast in the lounge room. The location was perfect as well. Yellowstone and Bozeman are both within an hour, making for awesome day adventures!

Great home for a mixed age group of family for a comfortable stay with space for hosting. We had a mixed group of family and friends ranging in ages from under 10 to over 70 staying in the home comfortably. Communication for check in and check out was great. The house was clean and in a great location. Beds all slept great which is a big plus when traveling. Landscaping and lawn was beautiful. The Mountain views were amazing.

Love this property. Very comfortable!

We had a great stay with our family of 5. Great proximity to town, about a mile walk to shops and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped with everything for our family needs (kitchen, toys, bedding, even bikes). Little touches throughout the home show is it well cared for and loved by the owners. We will be back!

Plenty of space for my fam (6 adults). Front windows had beautiful views of mountains and even had a nice buck in the yard one morning. Didn’t get to use the fire pit on back deck but would have been a nice backyard area to hang out if time allowed. We all agreed it was nice staying in Livingston vs Bozeman...more relaxing with great options for restaurants /coffee shops yet close enough to the “big” city.

Outside fire pit was nice to have after spending long days in the park. The town of Livingston had nice restaurants and all we needed for supplies. You are only 35 minutes from Bozeman. We will stay here again. Also, when the propane ran out , the property management company was there the next day.
