Eagles circle overhead, mountain sunsets are a daily treat, and it's an easy walk to a sand covered beach on your own stretch of the river. brbrThe home was custom built to allow for privacy in all 5 bedroom suites. A bright, open common area and kitchen allow for a luxurious lodge-like feel for gathering, eating, entertaining and soaking in the floor to ceiling views of the most beautiful mountain range on the planet (our opinion of course). brbrSet up above the river, at a literal birds eye level with eagles, osprey, geese and more, it makes you feel as you are half way to the top of the mountains; yet the home is just off a main road, making it extra convenient to access and explore Yellowstone National Park (30 minutes south) or the quaint town of Livingston (just 15 minutes north). You are 15 minutes from a handful of renowned restaurants hot springs, concert venues and much more. The heart of Paradise Valley is not an overstatement. brbrB E D R O O M S brAs you enter the house from the lower level you find a common area with couch, TV, small desk and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, river views, a treadmill and a full bathroom just off the bedroom. The second bedroom on this level is a large and playful bunk room with a bunk bed with trundle. The mattresses are 2 queens and 1 full bed. A large full bathroom with tub and shower are connected to this riverside room - ideal for the kids or teens to have an area to sleep and hangout. brbrThe main level (2nd story) has 3 master suites with attached baths. Each have a king bed, closet and full attached bath with showers. All 3 have tremendous views and two have private doors to the decks.brbrL I V I N G S P A C E SbrThe main level as you walk in the front door has a cozy living space and door to a lower level patio. This area is quiet and has great views and potential for a little privacy. brbrWalk up the stairs to the 2nd level (but main living and sleeping area of the house) and you find a large cooks kitchen, dining area, laundry closet, 1/2 bath and 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The living room has an electric fire place, large big screen tv with satellite tv, and floor to ceiling windows to watch the day pass with the Absaroka mountains as your backdrop. brbrYou access the open loft from a circular staircase in the living room. The loft has a large desk and work space with amazing views, printer, couch, TV, and lamps and areas to read or get away from the main level hustle and bustle. The doors to the decks allow for excellent outdoor dining or lounging with a large dining table, lounge chairs, a couch area, fire-pit and hot tub.brbrThe garage of the house is locked and for owners only.brbrYou are in the heart of Paradise Valley Your neighborhood is a few other rural homes within a mile. We ask you respect posted speed limits on the highway and the road leading to the house. We expect you stay within property boundaries and not trespass on other's property. You are conveniently located between Livingston and Gardiner, MT. You are also about 50 minutes from the Bozeman Airport. Garbage service is not available at this location, there are several places nearby to dispose of your bagged garbage, a map will be provided.brbrYou will want a vehicle, ideally 4wd to enjoy the surrounding areas and access trails, boat ramps and the occasional dirt road.brbrThere is an exterior camera that only has views of the river and mountains. We are 10 minutes from the Yellowstone River where Fly Fishing is fantastic & under an hour to the local ski resorts. brbrCheck-in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 11AM. The condo has a private entrance and easy street parking with a 1 car garage. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a bar top table & 4 stools, new appliances including refrigerator, oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, crockpot, mixing bowls, stainless steel pots & pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, and all the utensils you'll need.
