Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages. We kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture, and pick up pet waste on the property.brbrRIVER SAFETY: River Run is a quick walk over the bridge to the Carter's Bridge public access and boat launch. During the late spring and early summer months, the river may be high and the currents strong. Please make sure to supervise children when near the water at all times. Enter the river at your own risk.brbrFIRE SAFETY: Use of the living room fireplace is permitted. Please follow instructions, and consider the wind conditions before starting the fire. Fire danger is high in our area, please, NO outdoor fires or charcoal grills. brbrCAMERA: River Run Retreat does have one exterior camera, located near the front corner of the house towards the cut-off road. There is a second camera on the rear northernmost corner of the house.
