Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property. 5.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. 6.) Quiet time is 11pm-9am. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. 7.) The house features floor-to-ceiling Anderson windows throughout, including in the primary master suite (second floor) and second master suite (third floor), so you can enjoy lake views (across the street). You can also walk across the street to the private association beach to enjoy gorgeous Lake Michigan sunsets on the beach itself! brbrThe spacious outdoor patio features a large (42 inch) round propane-fueled fire pit and adirondack chairs. Make smores or just enjoy relaxing around the glow of a warm fire at night after a day at the beach!brbrAll furniture is from Potterybarn and Restoration Hardware. brbrCheck-in is at 4:00 P.M. on Friday (7-night stay) or Sunday (5-night stay) and check-out is at 10:00 A.M. the following Friday.
