The first floor bedroom offers a queen bed with an adjacent full bath (jet tub/shower) and an additional two twin trundle beds in the Lakeside sunroom. brbrFirst floor common space provides an open floor plan with a gas fireplace, dining space, and two areas to play games, watch tv or gaze at the beauty of Platte Lake. The Great Room includes a bar space for cold beverages for both adults and kids (BYOB). The updated kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and the necessary tools to prepare your meals. brbrTwo lakeside decks allow for relaxing cups of coffee in the morning and family meals throughout your stay. The lakeside fire pit is the ideal space to make smores and enjoy the sunset or maybe the Northern Lights! The house can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. The master bedroom is a loft area with view of the lake with king bed and private bathroom. The main level has 2 private bedrooms both with Queen beds and 1 shared bathroom. The finished lower level of the house has a private kids bunk room and a pull out couch with queen bed in the entertainment room with a full bath on that level.brbrLake views can be enjoyed from the main living area and spacious deck with picnic table and outdoor furniture. Relax and let the stress of everyday life disappear as you hear the gentle waves hitting the shore while sipping your morning coffee in the screened three seasons room. This house has a very large yard leading to the lake - perfect for outdoor games. The dock has a seating area and ladder and is accessible to some of the deepest water on Big Platte Lake. You will find plenty of basic fishing poles and equipment inside the garage for your use. A 12' aluminum row boat and three adult kayaks are also available to use at your own risk.
