There is a small dock and steps to get in and out of the water easy. There is 1 canoe and 4 kayaks for guest use. There is life jackets located in the tin can near the water. This cabin sleeps 4 with a Queen bed in each bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a standing shower, the washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom. The living space offers a pullout sofa, TV, DVD player with a small selection of movies and family games. PLEASE BE AWARE: All rooms in this cabin have open ceilings which limits privacy. brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Pots and pans, cooking dishes, Tupperware, a griddle, blender, regular Mr. Coffee pot and children's dishes. The dining area seats enough for the whole family and there is one child booster seat. brbrSpend your time out on the deck relaxing or playing games. The yard space is perfect for children to run around or to play a game of cornhole. There is a propane grill on the deck and a charcoal grill in the small shed in the yard space. Pictured Rocks Cottage provides you with Wi-Fi and internet streaming TV. All linens are provided for you along with kitchen essentials for when you catch that big king salmon across the street at the fishing pier. Come and enjoy the grandeur of the Pictured Rocks while staying at the Pictured Rocks Cottage. In the winter, hop on your snowmobile in the driveway and you can be on public trails in less than a mile. For hikers, the North Country Trail passes by the front door! There are 3 Twin beds, a futon, and 1 Queen bed so it accommodates 6. There is a full kitchen and bath./p pbr/p pWe are limited to two trailers being parked on the property. You must be confident to back up the trailer along side the house to the parking area, as there likely won't be space to turn around in the back yard. The garage will be available to park in, with space for one vehicle, and additional parking on the back of the house with the trailer parking. We have over 70ft by 24ft of space for trailer parking./p pbr/p pMunising is located in the heart of the Hiawatha National Forest, is the entry point to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and also features Grand Island National Recreational Area (.5 miles from shore). It is only 40 miles east of Marquette, which is the U.P.’s biggest town. With a population of just over 2,500, it has a small-town charm but bustles with many activities throughout the year. Munising is the best place to hike with over 15 waterfalls located around town, with most being an easy ability level because paved trails and wood walkways. There is also 5 lighthouses and several beautiful recreation areas./p
