Sandy shallows extend for dozens of yards off the rocky shoreline; we also have a dock a mooring buoy for your motorboat or pontoon boat. The front enclosed porch is another great place to sit and relax. Walk to Torch Lake from this cottage, about 2 blocks to the park where you can swim and watch the sunset. This cottage is close to many professional and recreational golf courses, Traverse City shopping and the wineries of Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas. Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs area is a nice same day round trip excursion. Whether you bring your own boat or rent one at one of the many marinas in the area.
