Water views, but no access from the home.br1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. 2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 3.) Do not move the furniture. 4.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property. 5.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. 6.) Quiet time is 11pm-9am. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. 7.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage. 8.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.

The location is ideal, across the street from the private association beach, within a short walk of North Beach Park (with bathrooms, a picnic area and children’s playground) on Lake Michigan, within a mile of North Shore Marina, and less than a 10-minute drive from all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Grand Haven!brbrThe house comfortably sleeps 12 guests, with a king bed in the primary master suite (second floor), a queen bed in the second master suite (third floor), a queen bed in the first floor bedroom, full-sized bunk beds (which can sleep up to 4), another queen bed in the fifth bedroom (third floor), a pullout Potterybarn sleeper sofa (first floor), an inflatable queen-sized bed and an inflatable toddler bed. The oversized 2-car garage easily fits two large SUVs and additional parking is available in the driveway. brbrThere are 2 separate living areas with couches that can comfortably seat 12 (in total) and that feature large, flat-screen TVs with basic Xfinity cable and apps to access Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Disney+, etc… There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, which is located on the large glass-enclosed second floor composite deck and accessible from the main living area through large sliders. The house features floor-to-ceiling Anderson windows throughout, including in the primary master suite (second floor) and second master suite (third floor), so you can enjoy lake views (across the street). You can also walk across the street to the private association beach to enjoy gorgeous Lake Michigan sunsets on the beach itself! brbrThe spacious outdoor patio features a large (42 inch) round propane-fueled fire pit and adirondack chairs. Make smores or just enjoy relaxing around the glow of a warm fire at night after a day at the beach!brbrAll furniture is from Potterybarn and Restoration Hardware. brbrCheck-in is at 4:00 P.M. on Friday (7-night stay) or Sunday (5-night stay) and check-out is at 10:00 A.M. the following Friday. The house pay homage to the Brady Brunch era with the southern lay out of the kitchen, dinning room, family room, master and main bath on the second floor. The main floor includes the living room, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, another full bath, kitchenette, laundry room. The large, well-appointed kitchen opens to the dining and family rooms with their wood floors, era designer colors and tasteful furnishings. Two bedrooms on the main floor offer queen beds in each then on 2nd floor the master has a king bed, for flexibility in the family room there is a day bed with two twin beds. A Pac-n-Play is also available. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor as well. Each bedroom has a slider and access to the inground pool area.. brThe pool area is large the lot is 1/2 an acre with abundant variety of black wrought iron table and chairs, chaise and lounging areas...this area can be seen for all bedrooms and the dinning room. The Family room with its own deck area over looks the Spring Lake Country Club golf course. A grill in the pool area and a fire pit add to the enjoyment of outdoor living. This vacation home is only 20-25minutes from Cedar Point's Michigan Adventure Amusement Park (open Memorial Day to Labor Day).
