The large, well-appointed kitchen opens to the dining and family rooms with their wood floors, era designer colors and tasteful furnishings. Two bedrooms on the main floor offer queen beds in each then on 2nd floor the master has a king bed, for flexibility in the family room there is a day bed with two twin beds. A Pac-n-Play is also available. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor as well. Each bedroom has a slider and access to the inground pool area.. brThe pool area is large the lot is 1/2 an acre with abundant variety of black wrought iron table and chairs, chaise and lounging areas...this area can be seen for all bedrooms and the dinning room. The Family room with its own deck area over looks the Spring Lake Country Club golf course. A grill in the pool area and a fire pit add to the enjoyment of outdoor living. The cottage has a large, comfortable front porch, tastefully furnished living room and dining room, wood floors, and lots of windows for sun. The well-appointed kitchen with its adorable blue stove invites you to have an old-fashioned eat-in meal on the Fiesta dishes. There is also a gas/ charcoal grill on the cute back yard patio for outdoor cooking. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite full bath. That means a full bath with laundry on the main floor and a step full bathroom upstairs in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms have full-size beds with an additional twin in one room. A Pac-n-Play is also available. Both bathrooms turquoise sparkle with cottage charm. brAt the beach there are beach chairs and a picnic table at the Spring Lake beach. There are two different size kayaks, orange style life jackets and a wagon with beach toys that can be taken to the beach and then returned to the shed. The 100 feet of sand beach for swimming or sand castle building is next to a group of neighboring association boat docks that we not have access or permission to use. The cottage has wireless Internet, but no land line, so don’t forget your cell phone if you care to stay in touch. A TV/VCR/DVD and movies are available in the comfy living room. One of the best beaches on Lake Michigan is only a short drive away at Grand Haven State Park or the county park. While in Grand Haven, you can stroll along the waterfront, visit the many unique shops or dine at some of West Michigan’s finest restaurants. Cole’s Park is a great place for a family to gather for a vacation or a peaceful retreat for a couple. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. The deposit amount depends on the property and group size, averaging between $20-$25 per person, with a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $2500. Payments can be processed through Cash App or directly on this platform. The deposit is refunded within 14 to 21 days after checkout, provided that your review has been submitted. Upon arrival at the property, you are required to complete our arrival review sheet. You can find a link in the group check-in text, or a hard copy will be available on-site. If not completed within two hours of arrival, any waived fees will be reinstated on your bill, or a minimum fee of $100 will be charged. The swimming pool spa is designated for use exclusively by your group in two--hour intervals or as long as no one in the house next to you is waiting and we only have 2 houses per spa that can use each spa, as per the schedule outlined in the calendar following the manufacturer`s recommendations. When the cover is open or the privacy nets are drawn, it indicates that the spa is currently in use by a group, either from your party or from the neighboring house. The shared areas include kayaks, canoes, rowboats, a swim beach, three docks, volleyball and basketball courts, trash disposal, and a free wood pile located by the dumpster. Please ensure that outdoor umbrellas are closed when not in use; a $50 fine will be imposed for any damage incurred. Fireworks are strictly prohibited without exception. Non-compliance will result in neighbors contacting law enforcement, and you will be required to vacate without a refund. Propane tanks cost $30.00 each, plus a $40.00 deposit.. For check-in and check-out procedures, we will coordinate via group messaging with the caretaker prior to your arrival and may approve an early check-in or check-out upon review.
