It's about 4 ft deep depending on where you are, and you can reach the lake if you go north about 300 yards or about 5-10 minutes paddling (to the right if viewing the creek from the house). That will take you to a no-wake zone after you pass under a small bridge. The no-wake zone has very clear water with sand underneath.brbrThe house has a VERY large driveway and spacious 2-car garage for use by guests. The driveway is approximately 45 ft long and 27 ft wide, and the garage door is 16 ft wide and 6.75 ft tall. The garage itself is approximately 23 ft deep and significantly wider than the garage door. The driveway can comfortably hold trailers and cars alike.
