Lakefront Home: Hot Tub & Private Beach

My family were nearby which was excellent. Comfortable house but wished the fireplace was functional.

Such a lovely home. Very peaceful views and great patio. We had a great time ! And communication with host was excellent.

Great hot tub and they had a lot of amenities such as soap, shampoo, aluminum foil etc. etc. so we didn't have to bring all of those things or go shopping for them for a two night stay.

The house was very nice - docking for a boat was poor and unsafe

It was a fine place to stay. The host was very responsive and friendly. The hot tub and fire pit were nice. The house itself has a few issues - the air conditioning does not circulate well so it was hot in the bedrooms even though the main areas were cool, the dishwasher didn’t work very well, and one shower didn’t drain well. The cleaning crew hadn’t done a very thorough job, one of the bed comforters had food on it, another bed had ripped sheets, the baseboards of the bathroom were visibly dirty, and there was dog poop left in the yard from the previous visitors. I raised the ripped sheets and dirty comforter with the host and he apologized and said he’d address it with the cleaners, so hopefully that will be better in the future. The cleaners were also still at the property cleaning 15 minutes into our check-in time. There were also two days that people came by to do yard work and no one had warned us, so someone just showed up in the backyard, which was odd.

Had a great stay

This home was geared to accommodate a family vacation. Kids loved the sand area and the Solo stove for s'mores and the adults appreciated the well maintained hot tub. The sizable kitchen made for easy dinner prep and the bedrooms were comfortable at the end of the night. Finally, the kids appreciated TV in the front room.

We had a seamless, unforgettable experience at Vincent and Nicole’s property. Check in instructions were thorough, and all messages to the host were answered immediately. The hot tub was amazing as well as the private boat launch area! Couldn’t recommend more!

The property was located perfectly. The setting of the lake in the back, we saw beautiful sunrises and even an eagle. As far as restaurants and shopping there are plenty to choose from within 10 min. Also a fun arcade near by that the kids loved. Checking in was a breeze and so was communication. The house was very accommodating and the perfect size for our group.

The house was clean and spacious! The hot tub was a great bonus! Awesome location, pretty quick drive to downtown GH. Overall, it was a great time :)

We are very happy with our stay at this house. Vince was very easy to communicate with and he responded quickly. The check in process was seamless and he checked in with us several times. The house was easy to find, very clean and up to date and in a quiet neighborhood. There was a hot tub we enjoyed after a long day exploring the area. My daughter is getting married next year in this area and we will definitely be booking this house again for our stay. Thanks again for making this a great experience.

Great house, outside is beautiful! We had a great time... it was only a short trip, but still had an amazing time! Would definitely go back. Both Vince and Nicole, are great to communicate with!! Just wished there was a washer and dryer... I hate leaving wet towels. Great stay!!!!

From this property Muskegon Holland and Grand Haven are conveniently located . Could not be in a better location. The lake views were beautiful and relaxing. Had everything we needed.The hot tub was amazing. Beautiful end to a perfect night. The backyard of this property was excellent with fire pit table and everything you can imagine. The house fit all five of us girls very comfortably. All of us girls look forward to being able to come back someday in the future.
