Step out back to your private garden sitting area to relax or head out the front door to all the action of town. This apartment has an efficiency kitchen and does not have a stove/oven but does have a refrigerator and microwave. This unit is equipped with a mini split heater and AC unit. Parking is available in any legal parking spot on the street. Private parking is not available.brbrBy renting this cottage the below is agreeing to the following terms:brbr(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)brbr1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. br2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk.
