3 Bedroom Cottage with Private Fenced Yard

This is a nice property located on a street that dead ends on Spring Lake. Lovely for birding. The kitchen is completely equipped, there is room for the family and there is the sweetest book nook stuffed with books for tiny tots. It was a magnet for the grandkids.

Amazing place! Backyard was perfect for pets and tons of stuff for kids. We would love to go back!

We really enjoyed the location and found the house to be very cute and well-suited for families. The layout worked well, and it had a comfortable, welcoming feel.That said, cleanliness could be improved. The oven, refrigerator, and shower tile were noticeably dirty, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, the TV turned on in the middle of the night on its own, which was unexpected and disruptive.With a deeper clean and attention to small issues like this, it would be an even better stay.

Dog friendly and great location!

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. Great communication, and answered all of our questions. The home was clean, and had a lovely layout and a great bathroom! Beds were super comfortable (great sheets), and we were nice and cozy during the snow storm!

The house was as described. There was road work going on the week that we stayed and the owner gave us a discount as a result, which was unexpected but very nice. The location was perfect for our trip. Cute house.

I booked this for an annual sisters getaway. We had a wonderful time and the place was perfect. It's very cute, clean, and close to Grand Haven. Easy to get to and Stephanie was a great host. She was easy to reach and responded quickly to the few questions we had. I would book this place again and would recommend it to family and friends.

We had a wonderful time at Spring Lake & Grand Haven, and this cottage definitely contributed to our great trip! The cottage was clean and well-situated on a quiet street, yet we could still easily drive to many places in the area. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were extremely useful, the fenced-in back yard was handy for our dog, and we found the provided equipment/tools/amenities very nice.

This rental has so much charm. It was an awesome stay. Perfect location for biking and walking on the paths. There are multiple playgrounds for children within walking distance along with places to fish!

Plenty of room for our family of 6. Cute decor. Back yard was perfect size to play with our dog. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals there. Quick drive to Grand Haven and the beach.

We had an amazing stay with our little pup, Charlie. Everything was very clean and just as pictured. The yard was great for playing catch and the water was just a short walk away. It is also well located just a short drive to the beach or downtown. The home is on a quiet and safe little street. We had everything we needed and communication was great. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Grand Haven.

We love staying here. It’s cozy and comfortable for our family and the backyard is great with our dogs. Close to everything but tucked away on a quiet street.

Charming home on a quiet street in a nice area. The cottage is deceivingly larger than it looks from the outside. There are a couple of areas inside for kids for reading, coloring, playing games and such. We are originally from this area and needed a place to stay that would allow dogs. The back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence which is great for kids and pets.

This was a cute little cottage where we were able to spend Easter with our college kids.

My mom and I stayed for a weekend get away and the house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here for my son’s soccer tournament. Great home base, very close to Grand Haven. Beds were comfortable and home was a good size for a small family and pet. My son loved the reading area and all the games and building activities. My dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard and the nice walking trail around Spring Lake. We loved the sushi and Mexican restaurant right up the road. Unfortunately the lake was too open to do any ice fishing like we were hoping. Owner was very responsive and worked with my changing travel days.

Lovely spot for a little getaway for my dogs and I. It felt like the host really cared about the guests’ comfort. Touches like nice sheets, extra blankets, and toiletries to use as needed made it a very comfortable experience. This is a great location close to downtown grand haven and all the parks we wanted to explore. I hope we’ll be invited to stay again in the future.

Stayed at property during the holiday season. My parents are in the area, and are in a house that's a little small to host the entire family. This property made the perfect extension for our family gathering!

I cannot wait to come back here and stay again. We were in town for a quick soccer weekend and we are looking forward to staying again in the summer. My husband and I stayed with our five and eight year old boys. My senior parents also joined us for one night. The location is amazing. We were able to walk to restaurants, playgrounds, parks and fishing spots. Driving into Grand Haven and Spring Lake for the beaches and dog parks was quick and easy. The house itself was clean (plus a few bugs - understandable being so close to the water) and VERY WELL STOCKED. We had everything we needed for young children and dogs. My oldest loved the full library for reading and the five year old was constantly busy with a game or activity box. It was also fun to teach them about the VCR. The dog loved the backyard. The layout of the house was great for our family and the beds were extremely comfortable. When the weather is warmer, we will be back for morning coffee and evening drinks on the deck. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family, especially the ones with dogs.

We were in town for my sisters wedding and rehearsal dinner. Very well set up home. Loved the fact we could bring our puppy dogs. Great for families with kids.

Not fancy, schmancy, simply a cozy cottage, close to beaches, shopping, and plenty of great local restaurants. The fenced back yard allows a little freedom for our dogs. Bike path nearby, and farmer’s market on Thursdays is a must!

This charming house was a great place to base out of for our trip to visit family and enjoy the Coast Guard festival. The house was well stocked with extras like coffee, shampoo tooth paste detergent etc. location was near the water and has kayak and inflatable paddle boards
