Dockside Waterfront Condo

This was a VRBO condo next to the Holiday Inn and a few minutes from Grand Haven and on the marina area of Spring Lake. Well maintained and everything we needed while we enjoyed the area

The condo had a beautiful water view and dock area to sit out on. Easy to get into Grand Haven and surrounding areas. Kitchen was stocked well. The whole place was very clean and had plenty of towels.

Excellent spot for a weekend getaway. Good views of marina boat traffic, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. Great spot!

Great condo! Worked well for our family of adults. Nicely kept and had everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. We’ll be back!

We loved the location right on the pier. It’s close to walking trails and the lake views in the balcony are the best with morning coffee. Both my husband and kids loved this property- the boys made a secret hideout in the loft and loved the space. We are already planning next year’s trip to Grand Haven.

This is a beautiful property overlooking a marina. The kitchen is so well appointed. It even had a crock pot which came in so handy. The parking was covered and easy and right near the door. Great stay.

We had a nice quick stay at this property. Location description was as described. Had a small issue with the keyless entry pad but the host quickly helped us figure it out! Easy to communicate with (huge plus). Overall, a nice stay.

The home was nicely appointed and had a great view. Layout was good for us as BRs had nice separation and having 2 baths was helpful. Perfect location for us as we were in town for a wedding and dinner was in Grand Haven and the next day wedding was at Spring Lake Country Club. We were right in the middle, minutes away from both venues. Worked out great for the 3 of us.

This has to be one of the most comfortable that’s in a VBR. I have stated. The views were perfect. The location was quiet, but yet still close to everything. I will stay here in the future.

We were very pleased with our accommodations and the condo! Such a beautiful view! Our host was very easy to work with and communicated what they wanted from us and addressed any concerns we had. During our booking owners changed and both hosts made that transition seamless. Overall had a great girls weekend and experience!

Wonderful condo right on the Spring Lake Marina. We looked out the patio doors and my husband would get boat envy every time. It was a gorgeous, clean, updated condo. Perfect distance from Grand Haven attractions with the high price. Would highly recommend. Owner was quick with responding to questions.

We had a fantastic stay at the beginning of August! Lindsey was super responsive and answered the few questions we had quickly. The condo is beautiful, just as pictured, with a great view of the harbor. It’s close to downtown Grand Haven and the Rosy Mound Natural area, and about a 20 minute drive to the beach in Muskegon. It’s a great place for a family, especially with the loft. It doesn’t totally show in the pictures, but there is a staircase you have to climb to get into the condo (not an issue for us, but may be hard for those with mobility issues). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily book here again!

The condo was pretty and nicely appointed and nice views. Only problem was the upstairs loft that was extremely warm and no blinds on the windows to keep the sun out plus the air conditioner didn’t appear to reach the second floor.

We enjoyed our stay in Spring Lake. Nice property and condo, enjoyed the marina view. Quiet area. Condo stocked with all amenities you’ll need for your stay. Enjoy the extra beach chairs for our family. Would recommend this area.

The condo was very clean and spacious! Nice view of Spring Lake and the dock. There is plenty of space in this condo for larger families. There is also a great grassy lot just outside of the condo for kids to play. Directly in front of the condo complex is a very nice bike trail to enjoy! Overall this was a great place to stay and we had a lot of fun.

The location was great with really pretty views of the boats, restaurants and beaches in just a few minute drive. It was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Loved the covered parking too.
