The house is perfectly situated, just one block east of Hancock St. It’s in the very heart of downtown Pentwater, and walking distance to our small local grocery store, miniature golf, and all the town’s quaint restaurants and shops.brThe home is a historic treasure and sits on a large, fenced lot with parking for two cars. There is additional parking on the street.brInside, the kitchen is full of light with bright cabinets and new appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main level. One bedroom has one set of queen bunk beds and an additional set of single bunk beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed.brThe living room is styled with mid-century modern furniture.
