We are close to the following attractions: AJs for Putt Putt Golf and go carts for the kids, Silver Lake for dune buggy rides, and Michigan Adventures. Downtown Pentwater is a 5 minute ride where it offers specialty shops and restaurants as well as band concerts on Thursday nights. Sorry, no pets! Starting after Memorial day we will only take weekly rentals throughout the summer until Labor Day. Fall, Winter and Spring we will take any rentals as required. There is additional parking on the street.brInside, the kitchen is full of light with bright cabinets and new appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main level. One bedroom has one set of queen bunk beds and an additional set of single bunk beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed.brThe living room is styled with mid-century modern furniture. There is a small bathroom downstairs with storage and a shower/tub. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bathroom with a tub/shower. The house has an outdoor dining table, wi-fi, a smart TV, and central air.brWe welcome nine guests in our house, and allow a maximum of 14 people visiting at any time. Lakesound has a fire pit over a dune from the beach. Fires must stay contained within the fire ring. Firewood is not provided by Lakesound, but may be purchased from many local vendors. Wood from fallen trees must not be collected from the property for use as firewood, because these are important in preventing erosion. Use of wood from the property will be considered damage to the property and your security deposit will be withheld. Fires are prohibited during strong winds or other dangerous conditions. Fires must be fully extinguished when not supervised. When in doubt if conditions are appropriate, please contact local authorities. Pets are not allowed. There is a propane grill available for your use. The grill must only be used in designated areas.brbrParking Information:brParking is only allowed at the top of the hill only. You should walk down to Lakesound. There are no exceptions to drive down the hill, this is the neighbors drive. There is parking for 4 vehicles only and will be marked clearly for Lakesound use. Offsite parking is available for an additional 4 cars. A map to the offsite parking will be provided with your information packet. You are responsible for transportation arrangements to and from the off site parking area.
