Since originally building our rental cottage, we have constructed a garage and owner living space behind the original cottage as a duplex. We live in the space behind the cottage and rent the original cottage space. The owner-living space is separated from the rental cottage by exterior doors on all three floors for complete privacy. Our guests have full access to the outdoor covered porch area of the original cottage. The owners have separate outside space in the back of the home. The owner's living space has a separate driveway and entryway.brbrOur rental space is a modern 3-story cottage with a full basement. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and attached bathroom on the first floor. The 1st floor bathroom has a tiled shower and two sinks. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, each with queen-size beds. One of the second-floor bedrooms connects to a bathroom which is also accessible from the hallway. The 2nd floor bathroom has a soaking tub with shower. The second floor has an open loft area which contains a queen size sofa bed, sitting area, and work desk. The third floor has an open loft area with two built-in sleeping bunks. The sleeping bunks each have queen-size beds and privacy curtains.
