This room has a TV a desk and chair and a cabinet with towels and washcloths for your convenience. The second room / bedroom with a common area living room and kitchen. The second room includes a queen fold out sofa, a full memory foam conversion sofa, , a full day bed with a trundle. Also available 2 queen size air mattresses all our beds have brand new cooling gel memory foam mattresses. We also provide a living area for TV and games along with a full kitchen. Stove with a oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine with coffee( cream & sugar) coffee cups,glasses, plates, paperware, silverware, pots, pans and all the utensils for cooking a meal inside or out. brOutside we also have a beautiful patio with a bar and a dining area. We also have a cooking area with a grill and Blackstone griddle. You have a nice fire pit at the Crest of the hill with a couch to sit around and just watch the boats go by and watch the sunset.
