There are lots of indoor and outdoor activities available for all ages including lots of games and several two seater kayaks to explore the lake. The large deck area features both, a gas and charcoal grill and there is a bonfire area as well. The home is about 15 minutes away from Saint Joseph/Benton Harbor and about 25 minutes away from South Haven. brbrThe house features a king size bedroom suite as well as a second full size bedroom. The upstairs loft area has two full over twin bunk beds as well as as pull out sofa (full size).brAdditionally, the living area has a comfortable pull out queen sofa bed. brbrThe home has one large full bathroom as well as a half bathroom.brbrThe home features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range. There is a wood burning stove/ fireplace as well. brbrNote: Per Vrbo policy, we are allowed to have security cameras outside of the home. These are for security purposes ONLY when the house is empty. The home was grandly modified from a farmhouse into the lake home of Al Capone’s attorney in the 1920’s.brbrThe main house has nearly 3000 square feet and a 900 foot basement. It’s comes fully furnished as the vacation home of a Chicago family. Much of the space is left for a massive ground floor with plenty of space for entertaining. The house boasts new floors, kitchen, baths and updated amenities. There is a master bedroom, three bedrooms and an attic with a bunk bed and two singles.brbrA brand new heated pool 16x34 is ready to enjoy everyday (especially those non-beach days). Poolside you'll enjoy pool house with tv and air conditioning. A jacuzzi is also right there for a nice wind-down at night. A gas grill is also ready to use right outside the kitchen.brbrEnjoy two landscaped acres for dogs and kids. Mature trees abound and wonderful lake views are directly in front of the house. Enjoy the fire pit at night with a perfect view of the lake.brbrAlso, the coach house provides parking for 1 and ample storage for the pool toys, games, balls and other amenities.brbrThe house has plenty of outside parking for up to 8 cars if needed. While 300 feet from the bluff, the house does not have legal lake access. Hagar Beach (the township's public beach & park with great amenities for kids) is 1-2 miles north with quick access to a large, lower bank beach. Additionally, we recommend Jean Klock Beach 3 miles to the south.

It is perfectly located only ten minutes from downtown St. Joseph, Harbor Shores, and popular Silver Beach, which is fantastic for families.brbrEnjoy the custom stone fire pit, expansive back deck with grill and outdoor seating and dining, and the gorgeous sunsets over Lake Michigan each evening.brbrWhile the water views are amazing, there is no beach access at the house due to the steep bluff.brbrHowever, there are four great beaches within ten minutes, including Rocky Gap less than three miles away, Jean Klock, and Silver Beach in St. Joseph.brbrThe House:brbrThe house is located on a peaceful and private street overlooking Lake Michigan.brbrEnjoy an open floor plan with views of the water from the living room, kitchen, and dining room, as well as the primary bedroom upstairs.brbrEnjoy your morning coffee from the beverage nook. Grill out on the deck or make delicious meals in the upgraded kitchen stocked with modern amenities, stainless steel appliances, and stone countertops. You can also work remotely from the dedicated workspace in the downstairs bedroom.brbrRelax on the deck as you take in the views, listen to the seagulls, and watch the boats drift past from your perch high on the bluff.brbrUse the included beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler to explore the nearby beaches.
