The unit comfortably sleeps 10 in 3 bedrooms (one is a loft) with 3 full baths. There is a King bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bath. The other main floor bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a full bath across the hall. The final bedroom is a spacious loft with 2 Queen beds and an ensuite bath.brbrAll of the emenities of Boyne Mountain are a short distance from the condo. You can easily walk to all of the restaurants, water park, and outdoor adventure center. You can ski to the steps of the back deck all the way up to closing time of the resort. When rented as a 3 bedroom unit the entire lower level 1 bedroom unit is not included (includes lower level kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room and washer/dryer).brThis condominium is tucked into the woods and is a Ski-in/Ski-out right at Boyne Mountain Resort in the Disciples Village Development. It is located across the street from the new Disciples D8 Chair Lift access run (approx. 50 yards). The golf courses and Deer Lake are approximately one mile down the road. You get the best of both worlds!!brThe condo has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed, hutch with TV and private bath with a jetted tub. The other main floor bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a bathroom right outside the door. The upstairs loft has 2 queen size beds with a bathroom as well. The lower level bedroom is equipped with 1 king bed with its own bathroom. There is also a set of bunk beds off the lower level living room area.brThe condo has 2 kitchens that are fully equipped with coffee pots, toasters, microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, dishes and cooking utensils. The upstairs living room has a gas burning fireplace with TV. There are lots of windows and an incredible view of northern Michigan from the living room. The unit also has a deck off both living rooms. The lower level living room has a TV as well. The condo has FREE wireless internet access, air-conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The washer/dryer is ONLY available when rented as a 4-bedroom unit and please note that air conditioning is not available in the lower level. Since the lower level is mostly below ground level it very rarely gets too hot. Cracking a window at night makes sleeping comfortable in the summer. Also, our condo has been fully updated and renovated in '22 with new flooring, countertops, bathroom vanities, furniture and decor. brbrThe Disciples Village condo has 3 levels and the lower walkout is a separate owners suite that can be combined to make it a 4 bedroom/4 bath condo that sleeps up to 16.
