You can ride SxS directly from the house.Two golf courses nearby. The best sunsets you will ever see. There is a large dock on the property for boaters. The home has 3 bedrooms,1 king bed, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds and 2 full bathrooms. Features a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are 2 kayaks for your use. The waterfront is rocky so bring your water shoes. The dock does have a ladder off the end and is sandy on the left side of dock. Approximately 3 feet deep at dock however, the water levels change. Firepit in the front yard with chairs and swing. There is also a rustic cabin on the property to sleep another 8 people comfortable. The cabin will be rented automatically after you book with more than 6 people. If you do not book with more than 6 people there will be an extra charge for cabin request, cleaning fee and extra people fee. So total 14 people.brThank you for looking and hope you book.
