This is a no-wake lake, the boat launch is within walking distance. Parking for four cars, maybe a trailer or two as well. I have removed the cleaning fee's I think it is confusing at check out. The home is situated in a quite neighborhood with paved roads right to your door for the ones that don't like mud on their tires and the ones that do your in luck we have dirt road 3/4 mile away that can take you to the Leota Trail The driveway is long enough to hold a truck trailer and a couple of cars with additional lawn parking. Once you have entered this freshly renovated property with all new furnishing (2023) the Living Room has space to sit and relax and if desired watch some Movies on the flat screen smart Tv. That's right we have high speed internet bring your gaming council brLet me mention that there is heat and central air at this property (look for the smart touch screen thermostat on the wall in the hallway) Adjust to your preference. The full kitchen boasts granite surface counter gas range microwave 4 slice toaster air fryer crockpot Coffee pot with supplied coffee French door fridge to make unpacking easy and for those after meal quick clean ups there is a double dishwasher pots pans in one everything else in the other (dish soaps are supplied). brThe Bathroom has double sinks allowing more than one to get ready at the same time. The shower has excellent water pressure as this property has a new 5 inch deep well and a large hot water tank allowing 4 or more persons to shower back to back. Their is a 5 burner gas grill for use to cook your meals on and I also supply the propane. We look forward to hosting you at our cabin and hope you enjoy it as much a we enjoy sharing it! We have a 3 night minimum stay on weekends and a 6 night minimum stay the week of July 4th. Max. 4 adults, 6 total guests. The cabin sits in between 2 dirt roads on a hill with multiple steps up/down to the cabin. Cross the lower service road to get to your private water frontage that includes a dock for your boat/jet skis, 2 kayaks, paddle boat that seats 4, 4 adult life jackets , 2 child life jackets, 2 suntanning lounge chairs, 2 reclining beach chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, noodles and several inflatable floats available for your enjoyment. Parking space is limited to 2 vehicles and 1 boat/atv trailer. We have a cottage next door and both properties share the lower part of the steps down to the lower road. We want you to enjoy relaxation, privacy and all that the cabin and surrounding area has to offer so we won't invade your space (though we are available if you have any questions)! brbrThis is a beautiful setting to have a relaxing summer vacation on the water and to explore Michigan. It is also very peaceful watching the leaves change colors in the fall and a fun time in the winter with great ice fishing on Long Lake, and cross-country skiing, downhill skiing close by. brbrLong Lake is an all sports lake with a no wake rule between 7:30pm-11:00am. Have fun on the water from 11:00am-7:30pm water skiing, tubing, jet skiing or just tooling around the lake. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boating anytime of day where you might see an Eagle land in a tree or a loon dive for its food. brbrWe are very conveniently located only 3.5 miles off US-127, just north of Harrison Mi. Vaulted ceilings and wood beams add to the open floor plan. brbrEnjoy the large, two level deck that faces towering trees, wildlife, and undeveloped land on one side of the house, or have some coffee or a cocktail on the balcony on the other side of the house while enjoying the sounds of Cranberry Lake. Grilling is easy with thegas grill.brbrThe beach access is a 2 minute drive back through the woods and around the corner, or you can make the short walk. brbrTHERE IS NO DIRECT ACCESS TO LAKE FROM HOUSE. brThe lake has a volleyball net, play area, designated swim area, and picnic tables. The boat launch is just on the other side of the lake. The house provides beach chairs, beach towels, and rafts for you to use. Just pack your swimsuit and head up!brbrThe master bedroom is on the main floor and has an attached master bathroom. The master bath has a full tub/shower and double sinks. The new full sized washer and dryer is also located here.brbrThe upstairs is divided into two sleeping SPACES with one room that sleeps 4 and the other room sleeping two. There are NO DOORS, but do have privacy curtains. Both rooms have private, attached balconies for added outdoor space and views. There is a new air conditioning unit upstairs, and the cross breeze from both balcony doors cools things off nicely.brbrThe large family room has plenty of seating to watch the brand new Smart TV or play games. Just log in to your Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, HBO GO, or MLB accounts. It can also be used to surf the internet, as the house has free Wifi. There is NO cable tv. The fire place is NOT for use either. There is a cabinet filled with games for all ages, and coloring supplies. brbrThere is a free standing air conditioner unit that cools the downstairs, and another one upstairs. brbrThe kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so there's no need to go crazy packing up your extras (plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, spices, condiments, utensils, bakeware, plates/cups, etc. There's even a dishwasher to make your vacation even easier!!!
