We are on a main road so there are city noises here. Bars, distillery, restaurants, convivence store, candy store, tea shop, donut mill, souvenirs near by. One of only two homes located on a boat launch off the causeway between Muskegon and North Muskegon, you can quickly access 4 bodies of water via watercraft with the private dock or vehicle - the Muskegon River, Muskegon Lake, Bear Lake and Lake Michigan. Hunting and fishing abound. This is the first area to offer access to open water in the spring as the Muskegon River rarely freezes over. Wildlife frequent the area and we often see Blue Herons fly by, the occasional eagle and fox as well! The seawall running along the home is a favorite sunning spot for turtles, and dear enjoy nibbling on the hostas if they can! All this is just moments from major area highways.brThe spacious second story living area includes a large comfortable sectional and gas fireplace in a great, open living room.
