The ground level is bright and cheery with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower only), a Master with vaulted ceiling, a California king bed, 75 smart tv, and coffee station w/beverage fridge. brbrThe 2nd BR has a queen bed and a 50 smart tv. The staircase leads to the lower level where the fully equipped kitchen and living areas are, including a washer/dryer and the original bank safe. It has the boardroom feel and is the perfect place to hide away after an afternoon of too much sun, concentrate on some work or take in a movie. brEach floor has multiple plugs and charging ports, and a 75 smart TV ready to stream using your services. (no cable) and the TV in the basement has a sound system. There is well water, but if you talk to the locals, it's the best there is! Something about the limestone-rich area. We leave a few bottled waters and 2 gallons for your ice and coffee needs. No Ice maker, we've got some trays, but you might want to pick some up. Fire pit with wood, a park style grill, bring your own charcoal and fluid. A circular, spacious gravel parking lot allows plenty of room for your boat trailers, no need to unhitch.
