Please ensure the flue is open prior to starting a fire. brbrAll bedroom windows are egress size, meaning in the event of an emergency, they are an emergency exit in addition to the main doors. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property. brbrThe property does not have a fenced in yard. The side yard has a privacy fence which is not fully enclosed. That`s where the outdoor fire pit waits for you under glowing cafe lights.brbrThere is a train line behind the property and the Amtrak goes by a few times a day depending on their schedule. They do sound the horn occasionally and we`ve made a game that whomever calls out the train first gets a quarter! brbrWe do get ladybugs seasonally. We are on an automatic schedule with the exterminator who uses human and pet non-toxic spray. The cleaners also come through just before your arrival but unfortunately a couple can still make it in; we are in the country. brbrThe full kitchen has a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker. We also have a microwave, waffle iron and blender. There are basic condiments and cooking spices as well as aluminum foil and chef`s knives.brbrWe use a team of professional cleaners who have been in the industry for years.
