No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property. brbrThe property does not have a fenced in yard. The side yard has a privacy fence which is not fully enclosed. That`s where the outdoor fire pit waits for you under glowing cafe lights.brbrThere is a train line behind the property and the Amtrak goes by a few times a day depending on their schedule. They do sound the horn occasionally and we`ve made a game that whomever calls out the train first gets a quarter! brbrWe do get ladybugs seasonally. We are on an automatic schedule with the exterminator who uses human and pet non-toxic spray. The cleaners also come through just before your arrival but unfortunately a couple can still make it in; we are in the country. brbrThe full kitchen has a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker. We also have a microwave, waffle iron and blender. There are basic condiments and cooking spices as well as aluminum foil and chef`s knives.brbrWe use a team of professional cleaners who have been in the industry for years.
