This was perfect for our family who drove in from northern Michigan, Metro Detroit and St. Louis, MOThe home was clean and welcoming. The pet and child accessories were an added bonus.As it was winter we weren’t able to enjoy the lake but it is close and in the summer would be convenient.We will be back!

We had an amazing time. The basement is set up perfectly for family lounging with plenty of things for the kids to do. Location is walking distance to quite a few places. My 3 year old nephew asked if we could rent the place again so I'd say it was a hit!

We had such an amazing time. The property was beautiful and met all of our needs!

I had a nice 2 night midweek stay. They fenced in potion of the yard that you can walk on is about 8‘ x 20‘. It is well lit at night. The house is clean. It sits right on a street that is busy during morning and evening rush-hour and the dinner and after dinner hours. There are lots of motorcycles that drive down the street. It’s a short drive to Kruse beach which is very nice. We had the beach to ourselves. It’s a quick walk to Dockside Donuts for coffee and donuts in the morning.

Property was as advertised and in a nice central location! Easily walkable to some great spots and a short drive to the beach and other popular destinations in the area. Melinda has thought of everything as well, the space was well stocked with everything we needed down to coffee and phone chargers. The fenced in backyard and easy access to a trail behind the house was great for our dog too!

We spent two great weeks at Lake it or Leave it. The house is very nice…super well equipped and clean. We loved the location too.

It was a very convenient location. Loved the Lakeside community, all the shops and restaurants were fantastic. The home was well equipped with everything you would need and was not expected. Beautifully decorated. Has everything you need for the beach. Close to coffee , ice cream and other foods. Just minutes from the beach.

Wonderful location, nice home, kids loved the basement, and the assortment of beach items were fantastic. However, the dog hair was gross. Every time you walked across the shag carpets,long white dig hair flew out. The couch had it all around the legs.

First visit home after 8 years. We were so happy and comfortable with this house. It’s Beautiful and in a great location. We cannot wait to go back.

This property is clearly well cared for and our host, Melinda, prepared the home with just about everything we could have needed for our stay. The house is located close to restaurants and the beach, so we were able to make the most of our weekend. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Muskegon!

This property has been very nicely done. It is clean and modern with lots of amenities. Can't think of anything that was lacking. It was very comfortable and charming. Plenty of room for lots more guests. It definitely has a beach house feel to it. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Seemed to put a lot of attention to detail into this property.

Amazing location with all kinds of great local spots so close to the beach. Perfect for a family. The host really supply you with everything you can think of. My kids loved this place and all the games and toys. Can’t wait to come visit again.

The house was very nice, exactly as listed. Check in/out was easy. The owner responded quickly to any messages. We asked to stay another day and she had it taken care of within minutes of my messaging her.

The house is really nice - such cute decor! The entire place was really clean. Loved the basement! The beds are comfortable and we could walk to some shops and restaurants. What a lovely place to spend time with family.

The house was in a great location close to many places. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the bike/walking path right behind the house. Almost everything was provided and it was dog friendly.

Great location walkable to shops and right on the bike trail. The house is recently redone and would be a great place to bring young kids with the nicely redone basement. Super clean! All the amenities you might need in the kitchen and access to the garage with beach toys and chairs. Garage access was great to store our bikes. Host was so accommodating. Would stay again!

Everything about this experience was great! From questions prior to booking to communication while we were there, Melinda was wonderful! The house itself has so many thoughtful small touches that make it feel incredibly welcoming and like home. When the description says the kitchen is fully stocked, it truly is... In a way I've never experienced with any other rental. We weren't traveling with a baby, but loved that not only was there a pack and play for guests to use, but even a little mattress and fitted sheets for it -- this would have been a dream when our kids were smaller! Thanks for a wonderful experience, we hope to visit again!

Every member of our family including our four legged member felt right at home when arriving at the property. The home is well stocked with all the items you may need during your stay. We were impressed with the thoughtfulness of the details of the home as well as its cleanliness. We would 100% recommend to others.
