Sleeps 7 people in beds (living room has twin sleeper for an additional person) 1st bedroom is full-size bed, 2cd bedroom is king bed, 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds (full bottom twin on top). Living room has couch, loveseat and 2 swivel chairs. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room and driveway parks 3 to 4 vehicles. Backyard is shared between two units. Shared hot outdoor shower, deck off the kitchen has table & chairs and upper deck has seating area. We like to leave out a few beach chairs &umbrella (we try to keep up the best we can between renters) living room has smart tv so you can log into your favorite accounts. Also antenna connected for local channels. House has two units, Owners stay on one side intermittently. Park and walk to beach across the street diagonally -walk to restaurant that is seasonally open with guitar player outside at night. General store that is open seasonally with breakfast, lunch, last minute necessities and lobster is sold there. The pier is right there to fish/JetSki & Parasailing rentals-Whale watch, cruises, etc.(summer months). Nice flat area to walk or bike. neighborhood is mixed with year rounders and renters.
