Located on the water, at the tip of Linekin Bay, this property is surrounded by nearly 100 acres of woods with maintained walking trails. This is part of a private community, Bayville, where you will have access to a children’s play area, tennis court, and ping pong table, as well as the community dock & beach. This is a paradise for adults and children alike where the children will have no end to fun swimming, observing nature, and collecting souvenirs to remember their vacation with.brbrThe cottage has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that is perfect for gathering. The upstairs has two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each, while the downstairs has two double bunk bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms and a spacious laundry room. As you exit the living room you come onto a deck with a dining table and chairs. Twenty feet in front of the deck is the gate to a 40-foot by 20-foot pool overlooking the ocean and private dock. The dock is available for your use and comes complete with a picnic table and stairs down to the beach. In addition to the dock, a mooring is available for your boat if desired. br brBayville is located within the town of Boothbay Harbor, so dining and all town attractions are within easy reach of this special occasion. They can even be accessed via the trails mentioned above. The pool is not heated and closes in late September.
