At low tide there is plenty of room for bocce and beach games, or exploring the tidal pools and rocks. Please note there are about 14 steps to enter the house. The view and location are breathtaking and it's the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. There are 7 cottages along the beach and all have been in the same family for 4 generations! Most of the cottages are family use only, so this is not a place for parties or large groups. It a great place for families or a few couples to enjoy the beach and location. brThere are plenty of walking routes from the cottage, including the Timber Point and Timber Island Conservation area. Cape Porpoise is only 10 minutes down the road and Kennebunkport is 15 minutes. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.brbrEnjoy three dining options: A dining table that seats 10. A breakfast nook that seats 6. A deck off the dining room with a grill and picnic table that seats 6. The house includes both areas to gather, as well as private spaces. For relaxing and playing games, there is a very large living room, with ample seating for gathering the entire family in one place. There is a separate living / dining space that is perfect for reading quietly. The house has several televisions for watching family movies or separating to allow the kids to watch TV while the adults socialize. There is Wifi as well with the ability to have shut off times to ensure the family spends time away from their devices.brbrThe primary suite is completely separated by its own set of stairs at the end of the new wing of the house. The suite has a king-sized bed, a marble bath with two sinks separated from the tub/shower and water closet.
