All resorts for summer and winter fun are 10-30 minutes away. Large recreation center, theaters, outlet shopping and many restaurants are within a few minutes. brbrThe lodge has awesome mountain views from every room and is a great retreat for year-round getaways. Our house is furnished with custom made log furniture, has two master suites, each with private baths and decks. All amenities for comfort and Rocky mountain ambiance are provided. The bedding, including duvet covers, is changed between guests. There are three fireplaces, two living areas, a wrap around deck, in-floor heating, full laundry and an outdoor hot tub. The two-car garage is heated and is a great spot to store ski gear where it is dry and warm. Our large kitchen is fully-equipped and accommodates large meals and many cooks with ease. Kitchen supplies, cleaning and personal care products are eco-friendly. Free high speed wireless internet is included. High definition TV's with Roku players are in both master suites as well as in common den and breakfast areas. It is located at an elevation of about 9,300 feet and has majestic views of the mountains and a large mountain lake (Dillon Reservoir). There are many hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails out of our back door. The property has large decks in the front and back to enjoy the views and outdoors.brbrThe main (2nd) level has an open floor plan containing a large sectional sofa with fireplace and TV, dining area, a large kitchen with an island which contains a beverage refrigerator, a laundry room and ½ bath. The lower level consists of a large bunkhouse bedroom with two sets of bunk beds for the kids. The lower level also has a ¾ bathroom and TV viewing area off the garage. We are grateful for having a housekeeper who lives nearby, only minutes away. She and her sister have been cleaning for us for years. As you may note, many of our reviews reference our condo's presentation and cleanliness as well as so many other compliments. We have tried other cleaning companies and have learned that cleaning consistency can be questionable. Our guest clubhouse is one of the largest and nicest in the area for all ages! OUR CONDO IS BEAUTIFULLY UPGRADED AND TOP-RATED. We have earned VRBO PREMIER DISTINCTION. Treehouse property management has said ours is one of the nicest, if not the NICEST unit in the Treehouse complex. There are 15 steps down to our ground-level unit, giving easy access to the ground. The bedrooms have Queen size beds and have brand new wall mounted 32LED TVs with cable access. There is also a very comfortable queen size pull-out couch with upgraded mattress in the living room. You’ll have free WIFI, 3 TVs and a remote-controlled gas fireplace. Our rates are highly competitive and complimented by using direct owner communication. Enlarging the master-tiled/walk-in shower with a bench helped make us relatively unique for a Treehouse condo. The guest bath tub/shower is also tiled. You'll enjoy the inviting mountain views! The FREE Summit Stage Bus conveniently picks up a short walking distance from our unit. It provides service to most areas, shopping centers, and restaurants. It is advisable to purchase lift tickets in advance. Also, currently, Copper Mtn requires ski area parking reservations. Some of our guests have driven to Frisco and taken the shuttle to Copper. If skiing doesn’t strike your fancy, the area offers boundless year-round activities. Located in the White River National Forest, there are hiking and snow shoeing trails right out our back door. The Blue River runs right through Silverthorne and offers some of the state’s best fly fishing. Beautiful Lake Dillon can be seen as you drive up Buffalo Mountain, and offers recreational activities such as sailing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and is a great spot to have a picnic during those warm summer months. Nearby Dillon Amphitheatre hosts live concerts and shows throughout the summer. Our Guest Clubhouse is multi-use with two large jacuzzis, warm soaking section next to pool, a heated pool, dry sauna, regulation racquetball court, fitness room, two pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, playground, and tennis court. There is a wall-mounted 32LED TV with cable access. We also have a twin-size floor mattress to accommodate additional guests. We provide fresh linens for all four beds. The living room has a new gas fireplace with a remote control to keep things nice and cozy. Also, a 46'' Smart TV and sound bar, DVD player and a collection of CDs and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. If you can't find anything to watch on TV, we keep several board and card games on hand. You will have access to our unit's ski locker located just outside the front door. This will give you a place to store your gear without cluttering the living space. We also keep 3 snow sleds and snow shovel on our deck for young and old to enjoy. Many of our guests have commented on how nice it is to have a laundry facility nearby, just across the atrium on the same level as our condo. There is a larger laundromat next to the clubhouse as well. Our condo is smoke-free and pets are NOT allowed as per HOA regulations. Also, our HOA does not allow feeding of the wildlife. There is a Maximum allowance of 4 cars that can park in the driveway. For cross country skiing and snow-shoeing Nordic Centers in Frisco and Breckenridge, are only 20-40 minutes away, with more available in Vail, only 30 minutes away. There are many shops, grocery stores, etc available in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, and Beaver Creek plus numerous factory outlet stores right in Silverthorne only minutes from the condo. And there are more restaurants and eateries than I can mention here. Whole Foods has a big store in Frisco.brbr2 BR, 2 BA. 900 sq ft. This end unit has picture windows and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows (including the door to your private deck) bringing in lots of light and a peaceful, airy feeling with views of National Forest, Dillon Reservoir, and mountain views from every window. Master BR has a king-size bed with a private full bath. The second BR has bunk beds with a double bed on the lower with a twin bed above. The second bathroom is accessed from the hall. Both baths have both tub and shower.brbrComfortable, open living space has two comfy, full-size couches (one is a sleeper/queen bed), a leather lounge chair, (with cozy, soft throws for your afternoon naps), flat-screen TV, DVD, Free WiFi, and a wood-burning fireplace with complimentary firewood. The dining table has chairs for four chairs, plus 2 folding chairs. Three barstools tuck under the counter opposite the stove for extra seating. All furnishings are in excellent condition. There is original art in every room. br brThe kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create wonderful meals at home while enjoying a roaring fire and a glass of wine. We’ve had professional chefs as our guests who have created many memorable feasts here. Many restaurants in the immediate area may have changed their policies since Covid, or may no longer be in business. There are probably new ones sprouting up every season. It’s an easy 5-minute walk from the condo. Two hot tubs, heated swimming pool, sauna, pool table, racquetball court, Foose-ball, ping pong table, outdoor tennis court, and a large, comfy lounge area. There is also a spacious meeting room with large tables and chairs which can be arranged for your use upon request, if available. All this is complimentary for you to use as our guest. Coin-operated washer and dryer are also located in the clubhouse. brbrYou should find racquetball rackets and ping pong paddles and balls on the top shelf in the bunk bed bedroom.
