We highly recommend travel insurance to cover weather-related disruptions. If severe weather or a natural event is expected to affect your travels and you choose to cancel, we will gladly provide any documentation you need for your travel insurance claim. If you booked through a platform, we will follow that platform’s cancellation and refund policies. For direct bookings, the following applies: if the property becomes uninhabitable due to a declared disaster, mandatory evacuations, utility shutoffs tied to an emergency, or an official government travel prohibition for our area, we will issue a refund minus applicable card processing fees or offer a credit toward a future stay.
