This charming 1910 house is on the main street in Old Town Lafayette. It is across the street from restaurants, a tea shop and a few blocks from a rec center and Festival Plaza. It has a beautifully landscaped back yard. We have a fully accessible bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
Once a week there is a farmers market a few blocks up the street. Enjoy the park and walks around Waneka Lake, where paddle boats are available for rent between Memorial and Labor Day. Kids can enjoy

Stayed Oct 23, 2025This house was very clean and has a wonderful kitchen/dining area. The front porch was great for relaxing and people watching. There are shops & dining near. During the fall there is an amazing Sunday farmers market just a block away. This does tend to be a busy street.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Loved the location. We were visiting Lafayette for our nieces's wedding celebration. Almost everything was within walking distance in this charming town. The hosts were amazing, providing a pack and play and high chair, very thoughtful and great communicators. Had a wonderful stay!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Susan was responsive and a great host. She made the check-in/out process easy and even accommodated an early check-in. I would definitely stay again. The property is on the main old town area of Lafayette and there were plenty of activities to do within walking distance. The property’s location made a nice break after a long days drive.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025The House was the perfect haven for us as we attended a family gathering and wedding in Denver. It was clean, cozy and inviting and had one of the best kitchens I have seen in a vacation rental. All kinds of cooking utensils, spices and condiments. Our host was very helpful and prompt with answers to my questions. The location is right in the middle of Old Town Lafayette, with ready access to coffee, restaurants, and shopping. There's a wonderful farmer's market on Sunday morning. Although there's a lot of activity and traffic during the day, it quiets down completely at night. We enjoyed our coffee sitting on the front porch and in the beautiful back yard. Thank you for this restful home during our busy wedding week!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We loved staying at this charming home. It was a perfect home base, as we spent time in Denver and the Boulder areas. The home had everything we needed and was clean! We especially enjoyed walking across the street for breakfast and down the road for dinners. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024I don't even know if I want to share my review. I may have competition trying to reserve next year. This house is a complete hidden treasure. This house is absolutely gorgeous, very quaint and comfortable. My family of 8 stayed for a week. We had plenty of room. The common areas are very roomy, the bedrooms are on the smaller end with double beds. We found it perfect to lay our heads at night since there was so much to do in walking distance. Very comfortable beds and full stocked home. Not the check the block stocked....but great non-stick pans and sharp knives which is always one of my complaints. As a family that travels at least once a month, this may be the best stay in 10 years. We will definitely book again.
