Stayed Feb 4, 2026House was very convenient with location but seemed dirty. We found so many items underneath furniture for our 11 month old to find and swallow. The shower heads need cleaned as so much hard water build up. It seemed the home was cleaned so hurried and not much into it.

Stayed Jan 4, 2026The condo is very comfortable and nicely appointed. Shuttle stop and trail system is right outside the door, so convenient. We loved the hot tub, although it would benefit from professional maintenance and cleaning between guests. Very nice place to stay, would definitely return!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025House and location were great. Everything was as listed. It also came with a little bit more every day necessity than previously VRBO's rented.It has some minor issue with the closet doors in the basement bedrooms not staying on the track. We did have a minor inconvenience of the dishwasher not working the entire trip which the owner was quick to send someone out the next day. They got it to work that day but unfortunately it never worked the rest of the week. The owner said she would issue a partial refund and I'm still waiting to see that come through. I would rent here again because I know life happens and other than those issues it was a very nice house in a great community.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024A great place for my family of 5 plus my sister in-law. The views into the valley were fantastic and close to downtown and winter park. Highly recommend and eager to stay again!
