Grand Fraser Escape w/ Private Deck & Hot Tub

Wonderful vacation staying here with plenty of space to spread out. Check-in instructions were simple to follow. The kitchen was plenty big with everything needed to prepare meals. Any questions, Matt was always available to help us out. I would highly recommend.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 6 kids and it was an awesome trip. There were sleds for the kids to sled right in the backyard. We built a snowman, got snowed on in the hot tub - an absolute dream for these Florida kids. Plenty of beds and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my 70th birthday and the location and space were perfect. We flew into Denver from all over the country and drove the two hours to the house stopping at Idaho Springs for a hike and lunch. We got to the house and enjoyed a beautiful sunset and a meal. My daughters brought and cooked the meals and planned different activities both indoors and out. The space worked perfectly for each type of activity. When there was an issue with hear and hot water the manager did what he could to fix it and adjusted our fee accordingly. I would definitely recommend this place and this company.

This home was perfect for our first Family Vacation since 2018! Papa, Nana and all 3 of our grown, married children and in-laws, along with our 7 grandchildren (ages 16 yrs to 21 months) - 15 of us stayed comfortably in this home. The bedrooms accommodated couples, families with little ones and a couple of bunk area that allowed some of the cousins to sleep together and enjoy extra laughter before falling asleep. The large, open concept kitchen/dining/living area was perfect to gather for morning coffee and large breakfasts together before heading out for the day. The home is located near Winter Park, Lake Granby, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. We even drove into Denver one day to spend time at Elitche Park (Amusement and Water Park). The family ate dinner together every night that we prepared in the spacious, well stocked kitchen (we brought food, but the cooking and eating supplies impressed us all). After dinner, and putting the little ones to bed, we gathered in the large, comfortable living area and played group games. Mafia was a family favorite. A lot of playful accusations, yelling and laughter was a part of these games, but because of the lovely bedroom accommodations in the lower level, the littlest ones of our family never woke up. The beds were all comfortable as well. Our family also enjoyed our time on the deck and in the hot tub, every single day (sometimes multiple times). While the home is close to town, when we were outside, you couldn't see another home, so we enjoyed being surrounded by trees in the mountains, as well as the quiet (and watching / hearing the variety of birds that flew around us). Just so relaxing.We really can't say enough about how lovely this home was for our large family to stay for our vacation. Clean (which is super important to us), decorated lovely, and comfortable. It was as if this home was designed for our family. Management was friendly, accommodating and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

What a great place for friends to gather. We are in Winter Park every year with friends from all over the country to ski. The house is well stocked and in a private setting not far from Safeway in Fraser. They have a great sound system with speakers around the main kitchen and living room area. The layout of the house worked well for us as we had a large group and everyone was able to visit in one large area. The hot tub was easily accessed off the dining area on the deck. Kitchen has all the dishes and utensils needed to cook and serve. We will be back!

What else can I say, the place was amazing. The home was beautiful and secluded. The home has plenty of space and nice touches like a crib and High chair for our 1 year old grandson. The house perfectly accommodated our family for our annual ski trip to Winter Park. There were 10 of us total, my family of 4, my husband's brother's family of four and my husband's parents. Each couple had their own master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom. The kids loved the bunk beds and play/game room! We loved the huge kitchen and living space. And the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This home is awesome, the perfect property for a ski trip at Winter Park. We had 12 adults and everyone had a comfortable space to relax! The views were great and the hot tub was much needed after long days of skiing! All of the details were covered and the owner was super responsive to our group when we had (minor) questions or concerns, they are great hosts!! We got lucky with lots of snow during our stay and the driveway was always shoveled/maintained for us. I would 10/10 recommend this property, no concerns from our group whatsoever, everyone had a great time staying in this lovely home!! ?
