Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and had great views. It was tucked away in a quiet strip of vacation homes. The views from the hot tub with the snow were amazing. The bedroom downstairs' bed was pretty stiff with a light thin quilt. That’s the only thing I would say, bring your own blanket or take a comforter out of the bunk rooms. Otherwise the stay was super fun, they had lots of board games and just about everything in the kitchen to cook and clean. The rental property management group was really responsive and quick to get back to us which was great as well!

    The hot tub didn’t heat to the desired temperature. It was stuck at 98 degrees. I reported it but it took 4 days for someone to come repair. We were not home when they came so the repair wasn’t able to be done. This was very disappointing, especially since that was one feature we were looking forward to.

    The place was very peaceful and comfortable for my family of 4. Our teenage boys had the downstairs with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and second living room for themselves which was nice. The master is upstairs and was spacious. The place had everything we needed including a humidifier for the winter dryness. The backyard patio and deck with hot tub and views of the beautiful trees was so relaxing. It was about one block from the shuttle stop that took us to town and the mountain for snowboarding. Very easy. The heated garage was also very very convenient with the snow. We would definitely return.

    We enjoyed our family stay here with something for everyone to do. Some of us went skiing at Granby Ranch and Winter Park. The hot tub was a welcome addition for all of us each day! We cooked in each night, and the well-stocked kitchen and great appliances made it much more enjoyable. Lots of great family time, we would highly recommend this location!
