You are 10 minutes to Horsetooth Reservoir and Boyd Lake, 15 minutes from Old Town and Downtown Loveland, and 60 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood is a very safe place for your children to play, take family walks, and enjoy bike rides. It is a two-story end unit by the cul-de-sac creating a more peaceful atmosphere. There are two nice green spaces for children to be able to play as well as neighborhood parks and the pool.brbrThe main level has a nice seating area, a dining room table that seats up to 12, and brand new appliances in the kitchen including a large refrigerator and a gas stove.
