BATHROOMS: There is a half bathroom on the main level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

    Our stay at this property was wonderful. As others have noted, the location is perfect for everything you want to do in Fort Collins. Check-in and checkout procedure was easy and quick. Everything in the unit was exactly as described and all was in perfect working order. We felt so comfortable at this home! Especially appreciated were the details like a well-stocked kitchen, big closets with ample hangers, plenty of pillows for the beds, and the artwork all over the home. Would definitely stay here again next time we are lucky enough to come to Fort Collins.

    This property was in the Old Town North neighborhood. It’s centrally located and very close, walkable even to Old Town shopping and restaurants. The townhome was very clean, the kitchen was very well supplied. The bedrooms were upstairs and a bit warm when we arrived but the AC cooled it down without issue. Small issue with the garage door which was promptly addressed by management. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are in the area.

    The property has easy access to downtown Ft. Collins via nice walking paths. The property is well kept and has a nice modern interior. The property has a very well equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, and comfortable king beds. The check in process is easy via the front door lock system. A very nice stay!

    The unit was advertised. Very clean and comfortable, as described. Location in North Old Town is perfect - so close to so many awesome attractions in very fun Ft Collins. Highly recommend!!!

    The home was very comfortable with plenty of space. Comfortable furniture for 5 of us to hangout and watch a movie. Extra space in an upstairs loft area, for relaxing and with a standup desk available for those that might need to work. Comfortable beds with nice sheets, good sized kitchen to cook with nice clean appliances. We had all that was necessary to make breakfast (pots pans, dishes, seasonings) as well as a good coffee maker (with coffee, creamer and sugar provided). There was also a laundry room with washer and dryer available for use. The neighborhood had a nice, quiet, safe feeling. We were able to walk our dog along the nearby greenbelt/walking path connecting to and along the Poudre River. Easy access to downtown. Short drive downtown or even walk to New Belgium Brewery (great atmosphere, great beer and great free tour!). There’s a full sized garage, as well a plenty of safe street parking. Good instructions to use tv with SmartTV giving us the ability to use our streaming apps to watch a movie. There was good communication with owner Stacy. We had no issues but feel confident Stacy would have been very prompt answering any questions. There was easy access to get in house/checking in. I would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Ft Collins and recommend it to friends traveling to FoCo.

    We had a wonderful time here. The home had everything we needed as was spotless upon arrival. The location is great and close to Old Town. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is decorated so cute and felt very homey. We'd definitely stay again.
