The Beautiful Bear’s Den! Walk to Old Town & CSU!

The stay waa fine. The only disappointment waa not havkng a full kitchen. There is no range/oven. I think the description should be changed to a kitchenette. I was expecting a full kithcwn, so it was a surpirse to not have one.

My husband and I were in town for a friend‘s wedding. We loved staying at this location, close to downtown, shops, restaurants, breweries. The apartment was very clean and well appointed and the check-in process was super easy!

Bear's Den was the perfect spot for us! It is a short walk to campus and Old Town. The accommodations were perfect; very clean and comfortable and just the right layout for the two of us. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and, once you figure out the parking, very easy to access.We look forward to staying here again when we visit family in the area.

We come to visit our son and his family every year and love to stay near Old Town. This year we found a real gem of a place, with a great location and nice accommodations. Stacy was very helpful with a minor issue upon arrival and the rest of the stay was perfect. We will definitely return in the future.

This place was adorable! It was perfect for my husband and me. When we arrived and found out it was above the garage, I was not thrilled. But oh my gosh, it was really lovely! Comfortable, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and quiet! As others have reported, there is no stove/oven, but with the outdoor grill, microwave, and electric skillet, not to mention all the great restaurants within walking distance, we didn’t miss it at all!I would definitely stay here again!

Immaculately clean and designed for welcoming comfort. No detail was overlooked! From the beautiful decor (and views of the town) to thoughtful touches like interesting books placed around the home, our stay was perfect. The bed was SO comfortable and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Location was perfect! Walking distance to historic downtown. Walked to a new coffee shop each morning. We stayed 4 night and this property was perfect for that

Beautifully decorated and fully stocked. I could have used instruction as to where to park before arriving, but there was a note and i quickly figured it out. Loved the privacy and the feel of the place and neighborhood was fantastic!

Our family has stayed at this apartment many times while visiting our grandson at CSU. Obviously we love it and will keep coming back as it ticks all the boxes for a great stay. Love the neighborhood location.

Great for a weekend visit to Ft Collins.

We absolutely adored staying in the bear lodge! It’s a really nice distance from just about everywhere you could want to go while staying here. We enjoyed doing some puzzles the host provided while watching movies. It was easy to find and we felt right at home. We would highly recommend staying here!

The place was beautiful and in the perfect neighborhood/area for exploring Ft Collins. The place was a little smaller than we were expecting, but still had everything we needed. I also would have rather booked directly through the management group if I had known it was run by them. The place was mostly clean, but there was a lot of dust under and beside the master bed, and looked like no one had cleaned there. Overall, I wouldn’t mind booking with mountain time if I came back to the area and would aim for the same neighborhood!

Great quaint spot close to town and close to campus. As advertised, super easy communication and check in.

We enjoyed the property and the management team was very friendly.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again. A little difficult to get to. The property is a carriage house accessed from an alley. We also had 2 cars and there is only parking for one. Had to park on the main street which is 2 hours only. Fortunately didn't get a ticket.

We were visiting our daughter who lives in Fort Collins. The apartment was great...well furnished and comfortable. It was very close to the vibrant downtown area. We enjoyed our stay!

This was an awesome property. Very close to Old town and CSU but perfect because it is located in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay. The property was adorable. The kitchen was lovely and the beds were super comfy. Everything is very walkable. We definitely will stay here when we return to town. My only suggestion would be to add a box fan or two to help with air circulation on some of Fort Collins's hotter days. I highly recommend this property!
