    Our group was in town for a wedding. This was our second time staying at this property as it is a nice place in a convenient location and perfect for a larger group. The rooftop patio was also a favorite place to watch the afternoon thunderstorms roll in.

    We used this home as our central family headquarters, with meals for 15 ppl each night. It was perfect. Top floor got a little warm, but opening some windows was all we had to do.

    The property was exactly what we wanted. Great location near Old Town, ample parking, quiet neighborhood and excellent communication with the VRBO host. We had everything we needed for a nice visit to Fort Collins.

    We were in town for a two day bike race at New Belgium brewery and wanted a place to stay and avoid the drive back and forth from Denver. We were super happy with our choice to stay at this property. The owner is super responsive and accommodating. The place is really beautiful and spacious. Each bedroom had very comfortable beds. The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to downtown for coffee, lunch and dinner. New Belgium is just a few blocks away as well. The scenic river walk is also a short distance and made for an enjoyable morning stroll along the river. I will definitely keep this place in mind for next year and I would highly recommend to other.

    I was the main communicator and organizer for a team of international staff members who stayed at this house. The house is beautiful and spacious, it was a great fit for our guests. It's close to downtown and in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. I would highly recommend and we will consider it next year when we host our staff members again!

    Beautiful townhome close to old town shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Very spacious with a wonderful rooftop deck that we enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Beds were very comfortable and there was everything needed in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

    We chose Fort Collins as a meet in the middle location for our family (California and Iowa) to get together. The townhouse was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the Poudre River and to the New Belgium brewery. So many fun things to do close by!! The townhouse has 3 levels and had plenty of space. Our little dog appreciated the nearby grassy areas, very well-kept. Would recommend this property to others. The host was easy to contact.

    Great house with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group. I would stay again. Gave 5 stars overall but some of the cookware and coffee maker should be upgraded/replaced.
