Stayed Nov 25, 2025Wonderful Stay We found a jewel with this property. The owners were so helpful and had many great suggestions as to places to eat and things to do. The location of the house was close to everything. This house was so clean, and the owners attended every detail. Our family get-together really enjoyed the seating and the kitchen. There is so much space for multiple people to work in the kitchen, and the sleeping space was spread out, so people were not on top of each other. An excellent place for bigger families.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We were here for a week of softball from Georgia, first time in Fort Collins. The hosts were amazing and always available for any questions. The house has more than everything you need and more than you would expect from a rental property. I cannot express how smoothly this has all gone for us and how nice the house and the neighborhood are and so convenient to Ft. Collins and all the restaurants and breweries. It's truly a perfect situation for anyone looking for a beautiful home and wonderful hosts.

Stayed May 10, 2024This stay was for graduation weekend at CSU. We selected this property for its location to the old town area of FoCo and were not disappointed. Total was 7 adults, and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. The rooftop deck was awesome to end each day. The host responded immediately to any questions and is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We came to Fort Collins along with a couple of cousins and their families to visit our daughter who is attending CSU and to watch CSU a football game. The house was great - it was very clean and very well appointed and there was plenty of space for our large group. The open floor plan on the main level with the kitchen / eating area / family room was a great space for us all to gather in. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and will definitely book again in the future.
