Bears frequent this area and can break in!brbrMINUTbrWe use a Minut noise meter. It doesn`t record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors. It`s located on the cieling in the kitchen.brbr* After booking, guests may be asked to review and accept a standard rental agreement covering house rules, safety disclosures, liability, and damage responsibility. This agreement does not modify pricing, cancellation terms, or refund policies presented on Vrbo and is intended to be consistent with Vrbo’s terms and the listing details.br- No loud music or convos in the hot tub as we have neighbors! br- No pets, partiesbr- 4pm or later checkin; 10am check outbr- Start load of towels and dishes prior to leavingbr- There are decibel meters in the living room and patio.
