The quiet road is easy to walk or ride a bike on, but be aware that there are no big shoulders or designated bike lanes. There are trail heads for biking and hiking within a 1/2 mile of property. Downtown Durango is a 12 minute drive. Main attractions: Mesa Verde National Park 35 Minutes; 39 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort; 2 hours to Telluride; 1 hour 15 min to Pagosa Springs; 1 hour 45 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area; 1 hour 11 minutes to Historical SilvertonbrDogs are $50 per stay.
