Stayed Jan 23, 2025The condo was the perfect size and location for our weekend away. Purgatory is only 1.5 miles away and Cascade Village has a shuttle to take you to the resort. The condo was extremely clean and cozy. Brandon's communications wre great for entire stay. I highly recommend this beautiful condo! gre

Thought our stay was going downhill as we couldnt get anything on the 2 tv's to work but Brandon was a gem! he brought a new roku box the next day and got both working!place is gorgeous and neat as a pin!it was nice to have a small refrigerator,not a little tiny one like at hotels.location was perfect,about half way between durango n silverton right off the highway yet no traffic noise.

There were some things we noticed like animal hair on the couch and the floors had not been mopped. Other than that, everything was perfect! Everything with check in was easy as well!

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Great spot for a very short stay as it’s much smaller than the pictures look. It got hot in the afternoons but the host provided fans which was nice. The patio is awesome to sit on to stay cool and look at the stunning views, but the chairs were not comfy at all (tiny fold up portable chairs you see at the soccer field) so that made it not so nice. Great shower and it was nice to have a washer dryer in the unit!! Overall a very nice place to stay.
