Tooth brushes and toothpaste and extra paper products are also provided. brbrTwo full baths are on the primary floor, one full bath with bathtub upstairs and a full bath with shower on the lower floor.brbrUnwind at the neighborhood pool or hit the fitness room. Enjoy heating and AC and stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout the house, this comfortable and newly furnished property has it all. Linens and pillows are new. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. All basic needs are provided with extras in the fully equipped and supplied laundry room. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises. brM. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval.brN. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.brO. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.brP. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.brQ. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.brR. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time.brS. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.brT. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure.brU. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.
