This is an amazing New Years Week rental of a slopeside 2 bedroom, 2 bath Penthouse resort condominium in the finest, true ski-in and ski-out resort in Breckenridge, CO. The unit you are renting sleeps 8 and is a penthouse 4th Floor unit with a direct view of the slopes! The unit itself is a 1200 square foot split plan unit which has a king in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower and tub and toilet on the master side of the unit. Separating the two sides of this condo is a large full-size kitchen with a granite eat-in countertop with 3 seats and a dining table and a living room off of the kitchen. The living room has a leather sofa and a chair and the sofa is a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use as well as starter soap for your convenience. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, traditional regular coffee maker and a toaster oven, range and stove and microwave and a dishwasher and double sink. If there is anything that you need appliance wise that you do not find in the unit please pick up the room phone and ring either the front desk team or the housekeeping team and see if they can bring up anything that the kitchen does not normally stock which we likely have in housekeeping that we can bring up to you to make your stay perfect. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the unit and has a King bed and off of this room is a full bath with tub and shower and toilet. Adjacent to the second bedroom is another room that has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and nightstands and its own wall mounted TV as well. All sleeping areas have their own televisions hooked to cable. Thus, you have 4 Televisions in the unit for your pleasure. In the side of the unit that has the second bedroom there is a kitchenette as well. It has a small microwave, dishwasher and sink and coffee pot of its own as well as a small burner stove for your use. It has its own supply of dishes and plates and silverware to make the second side of the unit its own suite if need be. The second bedroom area can be locked off if it is desired to allow more privacy for the guests using the other half of the unit. Many guests enjoy this privacy option if they are traveling with friends or other family members who want or need some privacy during the day or evening. The rooms to the unit operate on a keyless system which allows you to either use wristbands for keys or to use your smart phone app to open the door to the unit if you desire. ASK THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THIS AMENITY FOR USE TO THE SMART PHONE APP. This is Grand Lodge on Peak 7 which is a 5-star resort property. The resort has every amenity to make your trip truly a once in a lifetime trip including beautiful breathtaking views of the mountains, indoor and outdoor heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool indoor, outdoor slide in pool even in the winter, fire pit outside by the slopes, adult grotto with hot tubs, steam and sauna in the facility just for adults only, full service spa on premise, concierge service, activities center for use by guests open all week, multiple on-premise movie theatres for use by guests by reservation during your stay(one use and reservation per week), fitness center, library, multiple bars on premises, on-site Sevens restaurant and bar for your convenience, game room for kids, ski lockers just off of slopes, complimentary courtesy shuttle to and from town. The resort has a full-time activities coordinator to help entertain any guests who might not be skiing. The resort has a Breck Sports ski rental just 10 feet from the property and 20 feet from the lift right outside the resort. This unit is in building one which is the check-in building and the unit you will rent is 4 floors above the restaurant and bar, grotto, movie theatres, game room, workout room, spa and indoor/outdoor pool with slope side pool slide and multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs including slope side hot tubs. The check-in desk is 4 floors down and the mini sundry store is located there as well next to the check-in desk along with the concierge team.
