    Host was very attentive - check on problem with cable and brought new coffee maker when needed. Convenient walk to downtown. Very clean and well equipped (plenty of towels!) Washer and dryer in unit - super convenient!!

    We had a great time at The Atrium in 310. The pix and property description is accurate. The beds are very comfortable with cozy sheets and blankets. The location is convenient to Main Street or hitting the slopes. The unit is on the 3rd floor so not fun to climb stairs at the end of a long ski day but we got used to it pretty quick. The hot tub was a bit of a disappointment as it was somewhat closed in and did not have a view. But, the condo had great views! We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

    Our group had a fantastic time during our stay at the Atrium. Unit was very clean and newly renovated. Property manager was very quick to respond and offered great insight to all questions. 10/10 would recommend, especially at the offered rate-- great value.

    Don’t judge a book by its cover. The street presence is ok, The lobby is slightly weird but the unit is perfect for a ski vacation. Great space, walkable to town and Quick Silver. Great views from the master.

    Wow! What a great location!! It was so awesome to be able to explore Breckenridge without a car! I would call it 1 block to Main Street (3 minute walk). Breckenridge Market and Liquor store was only 1 block away too. The condo was huge and clean! You could tell that it was a family effort hosting and taking care of us; very responsive, local and offered us great tips on things to do. Unfortunately I had to work part time while visiting so I really appreciated the speed of the wifi, the printer/scanner, and the extra monitor for my laptop. The exterior of the building was just getting it's final touches while I was there and it looked awesome! The condo hot tub was still under construction during my stay but we made good use of the free passes to the Breckenridge Recreation Center Bill gave us. My kids could easily spend the whole day in that place (rock climbing wall, indoor pool with slide, hot tub, gym, basketball, etc). Looking forward to coming back to this condo in February 2022 to get the mid season snowboarding experience! ;) Thank You Bill!
