The condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The kitchen, dining and living rooms share an open concept that is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table with seating for 8 that seamlessly transitions into the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, a flatscreen TV, and a patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The bedrooms are located off of the kitchen. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. The second bathroom has a shower. You will have access to dining and shopping experiences in town that you won't want to miss. Take a stroll down Breck’s Main Street and you might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer festival, seeing historic homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. Main Street has year round fun and be sure to visit Crepes a la Cart for the classic mountain crepes experience. brbrbrbrOutdoor adventure is easy to access from the condo. Nearby trails include Cucumber Gulch, which runs right outside your front door! It's a lightly trafficked out and back trail featuring gorgeous wildflowers that is best explored July-September. Nestled between mature pines, the feel of this home is private and peaceful while remaining in close proximity to all that Breckenridge has to offer.brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrSleeping: Bedroom 1: king bed with attached bath (sleeps 2 - main level); Bedroom 2: king bed with attached bath (sleeps 2 - lower level); Bedroom 3: king bed bath shared with bedroom 4 (sleeps 2 - lower level); Bedroom 4: bunk room with six twin beds (two twin/twin bunk beds and a twin/twin trundle) bath shared with bedroom 3 (sleeps 6 - lower level). Extra Sleeping: Queen size pull out bed in closed office (sleeps 2 - main level) and Pack and play.brbrbrbrWhen you walk into the house from the front door, you will find the great room, kitchen, office/extra sleeping area, and primary bedroom. You go down one flight of stairs (the home is built into a hill) to find the pool table room, a door to the outdoor hot tub area, and three additional bedrooms. One is another primary suite with an attached bathroom. The other two are down the hall and share a bathroom. One of those rooms has a king bed, the other is the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and an additional twin with a trundle. This bunk room sleeps six people. There is another TV room area off of this hallway as well. brbrbrbrOne well behaved dog possible with prior approval and $250 pet fee paid. brbrbrbrAlthough this home is not wheelchair accessible, many of our guest who have someone in their group in a wheelchair find that this home will work for them. Please see the doorway measurements provided: 33” wide from front door and garage into house; 25” wide entry to hallway bathroom; 27” wide entry into master bathroom sink and shower area; 22” wide entry into master water closet where toilet is located; 52” wide is entrance thru double doors to master bedroom.brbrbrbrMaximum sleeping capacity - 12.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrThis is a very desirable neighborhood near the golf course in Breckenridge. Beautiful large wooded lots and just a quick 5-10 minute drive to gondola parking. The best of both worlds. There is parking for two cars in the garage and two to four more outside of the garage. RV or trailer parking is not permitted in this neighborhood. The HOA is very strict about this policy.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrGuests also have access to a free VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle during ski season! brbrbrbrThe shuttle is an 11-person passenger van. It is best to schedule with them ahead of time if you know approximately when your group will want a ride to the ski area base every day and when they would like a ride back to the house. The company will also do a last-minute pick-up (unscheduled) but the wait time may be a little bit if they are in the middle of another ride. The company is called Plan B Transportation and the phone numbers and instructions will be included with the check-in instructions you receive. Please feel free to call them for more information.brbrbrbrThe VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle will drop you off at either of the Breck Resort bases or downtown Breckenridge. You can schedule multiple pick-up times during the day. The home is also just a 10-12 minute drive to skier parking and the center of Main Street. You can easily bike everywhere during summer months. VIP Shuttle Basics: Please be ready to go on time! Driver will only wait for 3 minutes. One ride between 8-10am (peak time) and one ride between 3-5pm (peak time) Call 970.453.9010 OPTION 2 to schedule or reserve in town shuttle A. Maximum of 4 rides per day. B. Please press option 2 when scheduling their ride. C. During peak times, guest will be allowed 1 ride between the hours of 8:00am- 10:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm. Guests are allowed to book three days in advance with a maximum of 2 consecutive days pre-planned. Booking in advance assists us with making sure the proper number of drivers are staffed. If guests call last minute during peak hours the service may already be fully booked. They will be provided a ride, just at another time. D. Guests must be ready at their scheduled pick-up times. Vehicles are not allowed to wait more than 3 minutes. We want our drivers to be on time for their next scheduled pickup. We also do not want to block roadways or driveways from others if guests are not on time. E. Comfortable and convenient, beautiful three-bedroom townhome. Located in a very quiet Breckenridge neighborhood, yet just a block from Snowflake Lift and only a few blocks from Main Street. It offers access to an off-site outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Open floor plan with full kitchen, dining area, and large living room. Relax in a cozy living room with gas fireplace and 75 TV. There are two decks on each side of the main level. You can park one car in a private heated garage and another one in the driveway. brbrMain Level. Large full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Access to a deck with BBQ. Living room with vaulted ceilings, 75 TV, and gas fireplace. Dining area. Access to another balcony from the living room. Around the corner, there is also a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom. brbrUpper Level. The entire upper level was dedicated to a spacious, private master bedroom. It is separated from the rest of the home by two flights of stairs and a loft. We have a desk with a chair in the loft, just in case you need to get some work done. King bed, vaulted ceilings, wall-mounted TV with live channels through Xfinity, and a leather chair to read a book in. The bedroom opens to a balcony with two chairs. Huge walk-in closet to put all of your stuff out of sight. There is a steam shower, two sink vanity, and jetted tub in the ensuite bathroom. brbrLower Level. The third bedroom with a bunk bed and a queen bed on the lower level is an ideal room for kids. The top bunk bed is for a child only please. It has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination and there is a wall-mounted TV. brbrWasher and Dryer. brbrWi-Fi. Free wireless is included. brbrTV. There is a TV with live channels through Xfinity in each room and there is a 75 TV in the living room. brbrPool and Hot Tubs. You will have access to an off-site outdoor heated pool and two outdoor and one indoor hot tub at the Upper Village Clubhouse (a couple/few blocks away). The clubhouse is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the entire ski season (closing sometimes at the beginning of April). brbrParking. Heated one-car garage. Another car can be parked directly in front of the garage, the driveway is tight. Trailers, campers and oversized vehicles are not allowed.brbrSkiing. You can easily access either Peak 8 or Peak 9. Snowflake lift, which would take you to Peak 8, is pretty much just across the street. To access Peak 9, you would take one stop bus to Beaver Run (the bus stop is right across the street). On the way back you can ski all the way down (just a block from the home) via Four O'Clock Ski Run. brbrTown. The historic Main Street with all shops and restaurants is just 4 blocks away. If you prefer, you also take the bus (it's free and it takes just couple minutes). brbrHiking. There are so many beautiful trails around Breckenridge. The Sawmill Reservoir trailhead is just across the street.
