Los Pinos Pine Cone Condo: Stroll To Lift

The management company was very responsive. Just a couple minor issues which were taken care of. Convenient to the lift, hot tub at the off site location was great! Overall good stay.

The unit itself was nice. There were several maintenance items (garage light not working, one of the burners on the stove not working, shower door sticking) that should have been in working order for the price you are paying for this unit. When repeatedly brought to their attention, they issued a very small credit.

Overall stay was enjoyable with minor issues. Bed was comfortable. Would suggest rearranging furniture in living room to have the couch more at an angle to the room and square with the TV. Ditto regarding reclining chair. Floor mats on first floor (and especially at top of stairs) tended to slide around and could potentially pose an accident hazard. The freezer door handles need to be tightened. The guest bathroom sliding shower door sticks and could present a hazard. The front right stovetop burner coil came loose several times making it inoperable and had to be reinserted several times. I think this has been a recurring issue based upon earlier reviews. It would be nice if there were more adult games provided. It would also be nice if there was a broom and dustpan provided, as well as some basic cleaning products (e.g., Windex). Other than that, and the fact that one of the online pictures of the unit reflected an outdoor grill being available (which it was not), we didn't have any issues with our stay and found the unit quite comfortable. And just one more thing, the wiring for the two TVs in the bedrooms could be hidden - it's kind of sloppy looking.

Great location for summer or winter. Off the main drag, so more privacy, but easy walk to all the action. Bus stop in front of property. Loved the balcony. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool, but nice perk. Good communication with host. Would book again.

The condo was nice but we were frustrated by the lack of a grill that was advertised. We bought groceries prior to checking in based on expectating access to a grill.

Excellent location. Easy walk to Snowflake or Beaver Run. Great rooms that were comfortable for two adults and three 18 year olds. Kitchen is small but that’s fine since we were skiing all day. We loved the warmed floors in the garage! Excellent communication.

We loved staying at this condo during our Christmas trip to Breckenridge. It was a great space for our family of 4 adults. The space was super cozy, well equipped and great location within walking distance to Snowflake lift, ski rentals, and a 5-minute drive to downtown. This condo unit allows for a couple of hot tub options as well after a long day on the slopes. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this lovely place and will definitely consider staying her again.

Property is accessible to snowflake lift via a flat skiable trail just across from the main driveway. Home is well appointed and comfortable.

Everything about this place was so cozy and we felt right at home.
