The ECO bus stop providing service to Beaver Creek and Vail is about a 10 minute walk. The Eagle-Vail public golf course runs through the neighborhood and is converted into a Nordic ski and snowshoeing trail in the winter. Nearby summertime activities include white-water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding.brbrOur half duplex residence was completely remodeled inside and out in 2019 and has numerous upgrades including forced air furnace, central air conditioning (very rare), plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen, Peloton bike*, new 77 OLED TV in living room and new smart TVs in each bedroom with streaming*, gas fireplace, tankless water heater, washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, and electric radiant in-floor bathroom heating.
