The picturesque Villa grows into view as you grasp the scope of this sprawling single level nearly 6,000 sq. ft. vineyard estate. The entire home and property offer access without a single step to climb so that everyone regardless of age can enjoy their stay. The grand entrance boasts an 18 foot high sunlit foyer adorned with fine tapestries. An immense great room awaits with abundant seating, a baby grand piano and a dining area with seating for 12 that is open to a wonderful gourmet kitchen fit for the most discriminating chef. The main floor has 5 bedrooms. The city will allow 10 adult guests to sleep overnight and no more than 5 day time guests. It is decorated with Midcentury modern furniture and displays many images and maps from the surrounding areas. The spacious 3 level deck has plush sofas, a hammock, chairs and two dining tables. It has 5 bedrooms, 8 beds and 4 bathrooms on the main floor of the house. It has a large hot tub in the garden for 6, a fire pit for 10, and gas burning range. The grounds are magnificent and the home has every possible amenity. You will enjoy the high quality linens, wine glasses and wine supplies and a complete kitchen. brbrThe city of Santa Rosa has set a limit of 10 guests per house (over age 3) and there can be no more than 5 guests visiting these 10 at any one time. The car limit on the property is set at 5 cars by the city for overnight.brbrThe City has a quiet period after 9PM until 8 AM. After 9 PM we would like you to move your group indoors as to not to disturb the surrounding properties. Out door music or any amplified sound is not allowed.
