No other houses on the hill are visible from the backyard. The large, saltwater pool is heated year round, and is always a comfortable temperature for swimming . An in-ground spa connects to the pool. There are also 8 pool loungers and two umbrellas that surround the pool. Overlooking the view is a large dining area with seating for 12. A large real grass lawn provides a luscious play area for kids and adults. And finally a sizable deck connects the kitchen and pool table room to the outside.brbrLiving Room: Directly inside from the pool is the living room. In addition to sharing the pool's spectacular views, it has two comfy areas for relaxing and gathering. Couches and accent chairs (easy seating for 10 adults) surround a 75 TV. The TV comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. The living room also hosts one of the two bars in the house.
