This cute home has charm and comfort! Beautiful Garden and grounds (front and back), outdoor shower, second restroom outside, and a hot tub. Depending on the season there is fresh fruit trees and berries to enjoy. brbrThis space is super unique and has had a lot of TLC put in to the development of the property. There is a hot tub and an outdoor shower with hot water. The second bathroom is a detached outbuilding in the backyard. The backyard has high fences and is completely enclosed, making it a very private space to spend time and enjoy being outside. The front yard garden area is completely enclosed behind a fence, also making it a safe space for children to explore as well. The home is great for children and babies. Bedroom 1 has a crib. There is a baby swing hanging from one of the trees and some children play toys and a play house. There are also many edible plants in the yard which guests can help them selves to when fruiting/blooming. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and the office has a floor futon that is suitable for kids as it isn't that long so feet might hang off at the bottom. The north east corner of the home has a sump pump under the king bed and during the rainy season it can come on regularly to mitigate water accumulation under the house. For a light sleeper, this may be an issue and ear plugs would be advisable.

Titan’s guests enjoy the pool every month of the year. Around the pool are six lounge chairs and a sectional couch. A lighted pergola boasts the 12-person teak dining table with a propane grill - great for enjoying meals outside! We would be happy to recommend private chefs who can serve an amazing meal here. Finally, there is an outdoor bar seating area with a pub table, cocktail chairs, and room to mingle. It is conveniently located just outside from the family room with a pool table and beverage station.brbrLower Level Common Areas:brTheater: Do not miss Titan’s custom-built theater for the ultimate group movie experience. The elevated back row has 6 power recliner theater seats. The front row has an oversized couch with ottomans. A cherry-wood lounge nook allows you to stretch out, cuddle up, or build a fort while enjoying your movie. The 100 screen is powered by a rear projector with Sonos speakers and subwoofer. The projector is powered by an Apple TV, which comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. It is also quite easy to plug in game consoles or other devices that guests may wish to bring with them.brFamily Room: The family room on the lower level has a 9' pool table, pub table, bar cart with refrigerator, and a 55 TV. The family room opens up to the outdoors - directly to the bar area and the pool beyond.brGym: The house has a full gym, complete with weight machines, cardio equipment, yoga mats, a full-mirror wall, and a 55 TV. Like the rest of the house, the gym has AC. The gym has a connected full bathroom with a large shower. Also located in the gym area is a double daybed that can be used as an additional bedroom.brbrEntry Level Common Areas:brThe top level is an open floorplan that connects the kitchen with the living and dining rooms.brLiving Room: This space has several couches and chairs to comfortably accommodate even our large groups, as well as a 75 4k TV. Just off this room is a balcony with a small table and chairs overlooking the pool.brDining Room: The dining room can seat 12 adults comfortably. The kitchen also has a dining nook with a table that seats 6. Dinnerware (large and small plates, bowls, mugs, and flatware) for 16 is provided. The bar has wine, champagne, and old fashioned glasses for 16. Outdoor dinnerware (melamine large and small plates, bowls, vacuum wine tumblers, and plastic glasses) is also provided.brKitchen: The stovetop has 4 burners, a griddle, and an indoor grill. There are two ovens, a microwave, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. The kitchen is equipped with standard cooking and baking pots, pans, and utensils. It also has a blender and a small food processor. Coffee beans, a coffee grinder, and a brew coffee pot are provided, as well as a hot water kettle. brbrBedrooms: brAll of the bedrooms have 4k TVs with several streaming services. brLower Level: There is a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a private jack-and-jill full bathroom between them. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two queen beds and two large desks. The infinity edge hanging over the Mayacamas Mountain valley gives you the feeling of being perched on the edge of the world. The saltwater system protects your skin and hair from the drying and damaging effects of high amounts of chlorine.
